for people with high cholesterol levels and heart ailments. You
need to start adding foods to your diet that will help to lower
your cholesterol.

decrease the risk of having heart disease.

found that diets rich in this kind of mono unsaturated fat
helped reduced LDL cholesterol in people with diabetes or
metabolic syndrome.
Multi-Vitamins
Taking a quality multi-vitamin can help to decrease the risk
of having heart disease, and also help lower the risk for
cholesterol.
Some important components of the multi-vitamin will include
vitamin B12 and folic acid, which has been shown to reduce the
risk of developing heart disease by 31%.
Folic

Folic acid is just as important as it has been shown to
decrease the blood levels of amino acids that can cause a

The B vitamin is important as they will help promote a
healthy heart. By having the multi vitamins you will increase
your health and more importantly decrease your risk of getting
